• Made recommendations on the various design aspects including: Maintenance and Protection of Traffic (MPT) and the preliminary construction staging
• Determined the impact on project cost and schedule
• Suggested recommendations that will reduce cost without compromising long-term value and that will minimize any negative impact the construction might have on the public in terms of construction duration or inconvenience.
